About Us
Your Health Consultant is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic that is independently owned and operated by Advanced Practice Nurses in the Springfield Missouri area. The clinic was started in May of 2020 to meet the specialized needs and care of individuals in the community. We emphasize on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders that produce temporary or permanent functional impairment. We focus on the whole person and strive to maximize their independence.
Our Purpose
At YHC we understand how frustrating it can be to find quality service and care for someone with special needs, and how it feels to be treated like a burden. We want you to know that your life is worth our time! It is our goal to provide you and your family with the same quality of care we expect for ourselves and our own families. We provide specialized medical care for those with disabilities so that they may be as healthy and functionally independent as possible. When receiving care from YHC, you will never be treated like a protocol, and will receive the care and concern that you deserve.
