Although we specialize in managing severe spasticity, we also manage any functional or mobility concern that may be affecting your quality of life and independence.

 

Because we understand how cumbersome medical appointments can be, we offer house calls and flexible office hours. House call availability coverage in Springfield and surrounding areas.  We accept all insurance plans and offer cash discounts if needed.

If you struggle with spasticity, we can help! The YHC team offers intrathecal baclofen pump management including refills and dosage adjustments, ultrasound guided botox treatments, and orthotic recommendations.

We are also offering gtube exchanges and lab draws in the home as a service to our patients! Avoid the unpredictable trip to the lab or the unnecessary drive across town! Let us make your day easier!
